This is why I love Thursday afternoons. YUM. Can’t decide if we should have pasta with basil and tomatoes or farm fresh eggs with potatoes, onions, and cabbage. Decisions, decisions.
It looks so good. I’m wondering how you come up with recipies that incorporate all the different and divergent ingredients…
@murisopsis - Sometimes (like tonight), I’m just inspired by peeking in the box. They always provide ideas (and sometimes specific recipes) on a paper included in the box, and also on their Facebook page. My most trusted source, though, is just googling the ingredient I want to use and looking for a recipe that works for our family! We had eggs with potatoes/onions/cabbage and grape tomatoes – every last thing in the meal came from that box!
